On Friday, June 5th, the folks at Chillingsworth will host a vintner's dinner featuring the wines of Napa valley producer and part time Cape resident Joseph Carr. Carr will be showcasing a breadth of his fabulous wines - everything from Chardonnay to Merlot - all of which will pair beautifully with chef Nitzi Rabin's four-course dinner menu, which is rumored to include dishes like mac and cheese with summer truffles; and seared tuna and crab salad. The evening also gets an interesting twist from the presence of Barry Clifford of the Whydah pirate ship, whose exhibition of artifacts retrieved from the ocean floor is garnering a lot of attention.
