Chef Tony Maws Takes on Brunch

Brunch gets a Tony Maws-style make-over now that Craigie on Main is open on Sunday mornings. Book a table anytime between 11:00am and 2:00pm to enjoy breakfast foods done with a little Craigie twist like the omelet with house-made boudin noir, forest mushrooms and fine herbs; or country-style organic buttermilk pancakes with muscovado-stewed bananas or maple sugar ice cream. Bar Manager Tom Schlesinger has even added a few brunch-worthy beverages to accompany your meal including ancho chili and cardamom-spiced hot chocolate, a spicy little number that’ll warm you right up.
