Going Gluten Free

For sufferers of celiac disease eating out just got a lot easier - both Davio's and OM Restaurant | Lounge have added whole menus full of gluten free goodness to their nightly offerings. Using gluten-free brown rice penne, chefs Eric Swartz and Stephen Brown make it possible for diners at lunch or dinner at Davio's to enjoy their fair share of pasta (not to mention an array of salads, seafood and steak) without suffering the gastronomic consequences. At OM, chef Michael Madden has pulled together a special a la carte menu of his Asian-influenced fare just for the gluten intolerant. He's even added a dessert or two beyond the obligatory crème brulee. For reservations, call Davio's at 617.357.4810 or OM at 617.576.2800 if you're in search of a fabulous gluten-free meal.
