Chillingsworth Celebrates Beaujolais Nouveau

The third Thursday of November is fast approaching which means it's almost time for chef Nitzi Rabin's annual ode to Beaujolais Nouveau at Chillingsworth. The much anticipated wine takes an extra couple days to make it all the way to Brewster, so the dinner in its honor is scheduled for Saturday, November 21st. The casual evening, which gets underway at 7:00pm, gets right down to business pairing Nouveau from Georges du Boeuf with hors d'oeuvres and the starter. The rest of the multi-course menu (full of classic, rustic French Bistro fare) will be paired with more mature reds and whites from the Beaujolais region.
