Make dinner at Finely JP's a part of your next off-season jaunt to the Cape and you'll be well rewarded, culinarily and budgetarily speaking. Chef John Pontius is keeping his Wellfleet restaurant open Wednesday through Sunday these days, serving a steal of a prix fixe for early diners as well as a few other sweet specials. Snag a table between 5:00 and 6:00pm and you can enjoy three courses for just $22. Duck in on Wednesday or Thursday night to enjoy a highlighted entrée for just $14 - it's Pontius's pick but it'll be from his regular offerings so you really can't go wrong.
