Chef-owner John Pontius puts up refreshed versions of perennial favorites from the menu at his year-round Wellfleet restaurant, Finely JP's. There are plenty of familiar dishes among the highlights – the Caribbean duck salad and the oysters Bienville – but guests will notice a few new additions this season, including a new roof deck that’s a perfect spot on which to enjoy dinner and the ocean air.
