Getting ready for an early season excursion to the Vineyard? Lure at the Winnetu Hotel is launching their 2008 Spring Wine Diner Series, so plan accordingly. Starting on Friday, May 2nd, the weekly series features wines from renowned wineries and importers as paired with chef Mark Goldberg’s farm-to-table cuisine. The dinners, which cost $95 per person ($85 for guests of the hotel) get underway at 6:30pm with an hors d'oeuvres and aperitif reception followed by a four-course dinner. Special well-versed guests from the wineries or distributors will be on hand to introduce the wine and answer any questions.
